Among the Personal Information collected by Calipso, on its own or through third parties, there are: Personal data (sent by the User at registration, required to access the service), usage data and Geographic location (possibly disabled). Other Personal Information collected may be listed elsewhere in this privacy policy or through information texts displayed together with the collection of data themselves. The Personal Data may be entered voluntarily by the User during registration to the service offered by Calipso, or collected automatically during the use of Calipso. The possible use of cookies - or other tracking tools - by Calipso or the owners of third party services used by Calipso, unless otherwise stated, has the end to identify the User and register their preferences for objerctives closely related to the service requested by the User. Failure from the User to provide some personal data could prevent Calipso to deliver its services. The User takes responsibility of Personal Data of third parties published or shared through Calipso and warrants to have the right to communicate or disseminate them, freeing the owner from any responsibility towards third parties.
The Owner manages the Personal Information of Users taking all necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of the Personal Information. The treatment is carried out using software and/or telematics equippments, with organizational tools and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, they may have access to the data categories of personnel involved in the Web Site management (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communications agencies) appointed, if necessary, responsible for processing by the Owner. Users declare to be of major-age according to the law governing them. Minors may use Calipso only with the assistance of a parent or guardian. Under no circumstances childs under the age of 13 can use Calipso.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving publicity to the Users on this page. Please therefore check this page often, by reference to the date of last modification indicated at the bottom. In case of rejection of the changes made to this privacy policy, the user is required to end the use of Calipso and can take to the Owner to delete your Personal Information. Unless otherwise specified, the previous privacy policy will continue to apply to personal information collected until then.
